The OGHS theme was "Open up your circle and invite others in", to encourage inclusion. Excluding others is a form of bullying. The goal of PINK SHIRT DAY is to create a kinder, more inclusive Aotearoa where everyone feels safe, valued, and respected regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, age, ability, religion or cultural background. The Wellbeing Team hosted a "Dance Party" in the hall at lunch-time, where students were encouraged to invite others to join in with them and to broaden their friendship circles.
