Ella Scarf-Miller- Balmac Building & Developments

For the past 10 weeks, I have been working for Balmac Building and Developments. I have been learning about the building industry and what it involves. Throughout the 10 weeks, I have learned many skills and how to use different tools including a drop saw and nail gun. I enjoyed the environment because it was hands-on learning and I always had a job to do.

 All the people there were super nice and any questions I had they would answer and would offer me help if I needed it. Overall I really enjoyed this experience because it gave me an opportunity to see in to a future career option for me.
