Students Take Action for Global Meals
Last week, our dedicated Amnesty International group, along with several other students, participated enthusiastically in the annual Onigiri Action campaign. This fantastic global initiative connects the simple, fun act of sharing a photo with providing vital support to children in need.
Students celebrated the traditional Japanese rice ball (onigiri) by taking photos, knowing that every rice ball-related post shared with the hashtag #OnigiriAction provides five school meals to children worldwide.
It was inspiring to see our students transform a fun, social activity into a meaningful expression of global citizenship. We are incredibly proud of their compassion and initiative in making a tangible difference to the lives of children internationally. Well done to everyone who participated!
