Last week Ella Sell and Claudia Scott from Year 13 Foods attended a Cake Decorating Masterclass with Claire Pennell from Cakes of Wanaka at the Otago Polytechnic Kitchen.

The students had an opportunity to decorate a single layered naked cake under the guidance of Clare.
