Hunt for the Chambered Nautilus

Ms K Dick, Assistant Principal —

The Junior Production, "Hunt for The Chambered Nautilus" goes on stage in a couple of weeks. Like last year, sadly, we are only able to host the immediate families of our cast and crew as an audience. The show will be on the 17 and 18 of November at 7 pm and the running time is under an hour. In 2020 we sent out a spreadsheet so you as whānau could identify your preferred evening so we could keep the numbers low. We expect that we will do the same as last year and will continue with the safety practices around mask-wearing and signing in using the Covid-app or on the spreadsheet as you enter. There are no tickets as such but we would appreciate a koha at the door. If your young person is in the Junior Production, we require them at all Sunday rehearsals from now on. They run from 1 pm until 4 pm. This does not apply to backstage crew or stage managers. We hope that many of you will be able to attend the production which is a celebration of 150 years of learning here at OGHS with a little twist on the school song, some beautiful soloist and dance performances and a dose of humour to fill up your spring evening.
