Last Friday the school's annual cross country house competition took place at Jubilee Park. Despite the slightly chilly weather conditions and cool breeze, great determination and mahi were displayed from each student. With the support from staff and volunteers, positivity and excitement shone through as the day went on with great results and plenty of fun. It was awesome to see many students taking part in the race and getting involved whether it was running or walking. It was also wonderful to see and hear the many positive and kind words of encouragement between students throughout the day, supporting everyone across the finish line. As always, great enthusiasm and competitiveness from each house were on show (with lots of bright house colours and cheering), making the day an exciting one to remember! A big thank you to everyone who was involved and participated in this year's cross country, the successful day couldn't have gone ahead without you!
