• Use plastic containers instead of gladwrap

• Take your own shopping bags to the supermarket

• Wear an extra layer instead of turning on the heat pump

• Buy your own water bottle instead of buying disposable ones

• Turn off the tap while brushing your teeth

• Reuse paper and minimise printing

• When going out for a meal buy food served on a plate, not in a container

• Compost your food scraps
