Congratulations to Catherine Lund who attended the New Zealand Secondary Schools' Cross Country Champs in Hawera last weekend and competed in the Senior girls race. Catherine in her first year as a senior runner was placed a highly commendable 10th in a field of over 110 runners. This caps off a great season of running for Catherine which included a silver medal in the Junior girls 2000m Steeplechase at the New Zealand Secondary School Track and Field Champs last December.
