We are delighted to welcome a familiar face back to our school hallways this year. Pamela Peng, a former international student, has returned to our community to begin her professional career in education.

Pamela’s connection to our school spans nearly a decade. Her journey began in 2016 when she first joined us on a short-term exchange from Taiwan. Clearly making a lasting impression, she returned in 2020 as a Year 11 international student, fully immersing herself in school life before graduating in 2023.

Following her graduation, Pamela moved on to the University of Otago, where she completed her Bachelor of Teaching last year. Now, as a qualified educator, she is back with us gaining experience through relief teaching.

Pamela is looking forward to securing a full-time teaching position and is excited to continue her journey here in Dunedin. It is a wonderful privilege for our staff to work alongside a former student, and we are thrilled to have her expertise back in our classrooms.
