Gateway placements have been suspended and will resume where possible once we return to school.

Myia Pearce - The Star

On Fridays, I have been going to the Star newspaper to learn what it is like to be a Journalist. I have been learning heaps of new and exciting skills. I was lucky enough to write a few press releases that were in the actual newspaper. Everyone that I have been working with is really friendly and taught me so much already. Right now I am working on writing my own story which is really exciting. I am looking forward to seeing how it turns out. I have grown to really like journalism because your constantly learning new things and talking to interesting people. I am very grateful for this opportunity and love every second of it.
