Caitlin Gibbs

Kia ora koutou. My name is Caitlin Gibbs, and I am thrilled to be your Library prefect this year. Having spent countless hours buried in books, I don’t think that there could be a more perfect opportunity.

To share more about myself: My favourite pastimes include playing with my cats, reading, crocheting and of course reading.  Recently, I have even had the opportunity to take part in markets, selling my crochet creations. When it comes to books I tend to jump across a variety of genres, but my personal favourites are Christine by Stephen King and The Invisible Life of Addie Larue by V.E. Schwab.

There is nothing nicer than diving into a great read, so feel free to stop me if you have any book requests or want a recommendation for a new title, I am more than happy to help. We already have a great catalogue, and I know that working with the amazing librarian Mrs Patterson, and the rest of our school, this year is going to be a great one for the library!
