Mrs C Cook, Food Technology —

The Year 11 Food and Nutrition students have been investigating the new changes and new serving sizes amounts to the ‘Eating and Activity Guidelines’ put out recently.

We focussed on the new serving sizes for a young person aged 14 -18 years and in groups prepared and cooked food for a day. It was interesting to see the amounts which should be eaten in a day .
