Sport and General Nutrition

We will be holding four sessions in the gym with Sara Richardson, Nutritionist who will be going through pre, post and after tournament nutrition and general nutrition for our busy athletes and students. Session days and times are as follows:

Wednesday 13, 27 February 1.25 to 2.10

Wednesday 13, 20 March 1.25 to 2.10

This would be beneficial for those students who will be travelling away to tournament during Term 1.
