Further to the announcement the other day here are the details on the tournaments this weekend.

Friday we have the rangatahi Rumble brought to you by Youth Employment Success and Firebrand.

This is an event for girls and gender queer rangatahi. 

A safe space to enjoy their passions and the first event of its kind in Aotearoa. 

We have a solid number of our rangatahi signed up for this and if you want to pop in and absorb the atmosphere feel free to come. The event goes from 5pm until 9pm at the Kavanagh Auditorium. If you would prefer to watch on the Otago University/Unifone stream this will be live streaming on Your Corps Youtube channel.

Saturday and Sunday is the Second Otago Esports Brawl. We have 2 teams competing for High school glory, and yet again it looks like ours are the only teams from a girls school. This articles featured photo is of the Otago University Heraldines (OGHS 1) in their merch. 

The OGHS second team the Pocketsmith Gremlin gang didn't get merch but are equally as excited. Again Otago University will provide the live stream on Saturday, so tune into see our squads faces in game and follow them. On Sunday we get to the split and we will see if we are in the top tier or lower tier. The championship phase will be streamed by Unifone.

It is going to be very exciting!
