Pear Sae-Lee, Year 13 —

“Recycling 1 ton of paper can save 17 trees, 7,000 gallons of water, 2 barrels of oil, and 4,000 kilowatts of electricity. The energy that you save can power 1 home for 5 months”

Recycle anything you can! We have green boxes in every classroom in our school to recycle and be sure to separate your recycling papers. Carry your own reusable water bottle, eating utensils and pack your own lunch with a waste-free lunch. Not only paper, waste products like glass, plastics, aluminum can be recycled instead of being disposed of in the dustbin. This will prevent any air pollution from greenhouse gases produced at the tip.
