Parent Teacher Interviews

This term we are holding parent teacher interviews. These will be two sets of interviews and parents/caregivers can choose either day, or a combination of both. In Person, face to face interviews are on Thursday 22 May, and ONLINE interviews are on Wednesday 4 June. Teachers will be available during the following times for appointments. Parents and caregivers can choose the times and formats that best suit. Parent Interviews can be booked online.

Each interview is five minutes, and we suggest prioritising 3-4 subjects. It is best to avoid back-to-back interviews in case interviews run over time. The online interviews are spaced with a short crossover in between each appointment during which time you are admitted via the direct link in your interview booking. If two parents or caregivers want to attend the same Whereby meeting from two different locations, please contact the teacher beforehand, as teachers will need to adjust some technical settings to allow this.
Family engagement matters for student success. Research shows that family engagement improves school readiness, student achievement, and social skills. Through this shared responsibility, schools reach out to and engage families in meaningful ways, and, similarly, families do their part to actively support their children’s learning and development.
