Briana Pollock - Caldwell & Highsted Builders

For my work experience, I went and did building with Caldwell and Highsted Builders. I had an excellent on-the-job experience learning skills such as: helping install windows, being able to measure up framing and getting the chance to use tools such as the drop saw and drills. I highly recommend Gateway if you want to experience hands-on work and get a feel for the industry. I really enjoyed working with this fantastic group of builders and learning from them. From this, I can now say I would like to explore carpentry and building a bit more.
