Wednesday Morning Fitness

This will start Wednesday 10 March.

We will start with a lunchtime meeting in G70 on the 10 March which the students from the Institute of Sport will take you through a programme overview and pre-participation health screening (health questionnaire, BP, height and weight measurement).

The sessions will be for general fitness.

Those students who are planning on trialling for Senior A sports teams it is recommended that you attend these sessions, INCLUDING THE PRE-PARTICIPATION MEETING.
