In English language class, our talk can often end up being about food. The Juniors have heard how we usually have an international cooking day at the end of the year so they asked if they could do some cooking. With the seniors doing parallel exams and a free cooking room, we seized the opportunity. Sumaya, Fereshta, Parisa, and later Fatemeh and Zeinab, took us on a little culinary journey with Afghan bolani. There are different versions to bolani and ours were stuffed with mashed potatoes, spinach, onions, spring onions, and coriander. You can also add chillies to the stuffing.
