Planning for the OGHS school fair is well underway. Held on the school grounds it is always a fun event with full participation from all form classes and staff. There is musical entertainment and the usual fair stalls - books, toys, clothes, white elephant, sweets, baking, plants, craft, international foods etc. The form classes also run their individual class stalls.

We are now asking for the help of the wider school community to make this event a success and to assist us in raising funds to benefit your daughters. Please consider helping us in the following ways.

Stall Conveners needed:

We would love someone to offer to convene one of the following stalls;craft, sweets or toys.

Stall Helpers needed:

We also need helpers who will assist the Conveners on the day of the fair.

Donate your goods:

Start cleaning out those bookcases and cupboards and donate your unwanted items to the school. Please start dropping them off in the main school office area and make sure you get House Points recorded for your daughter by the office staff. If you have green fingers perhaps you would like to think about potting up some plants for all ever popular plant stall. If you are crafty perhaps you could get creative for our craft stall.

Are you in a business that would be willing to assist with sponsoring advertising or do you have a product or voucher that you could donate for one of our raffles?
