This week the Year 12 and 13 Tourism classes had the opportunity to hear and engage with the government-funded initiative established to build the tourism industry. Their aim is to connect Kiwi talent with quality employees, assist students considering their futures, and to spread the word about the amazing career pathways available.

The students learnt about myth busting in the tourism industry and the jobs available now and in the future! We were also given the opportunity to look at the New Zealand tourism industry and had a VR adventure tourism experience. Through this we got to experience bungy jumping, skydiving and zip lining!
