What a wonderful night last Wednesday for Otago Girls' High School at the Regional Big Sing.

Our combined Otago Girls' and Otago Boys' choir received a highly commended award and also received the New Zealand Choral Federation (Otago) Millennium trophy for Secondary School Choirs for Category 2, Classical Composition. The Otago Girls' Choir also received a Highly Commended award and the combined Pasifika Choir, Cultural Chords, received a Commended award.

The choirs would like to thank Ben Madden, Olivia Pike, Metitilani Alo, Mac Te Ngahue, Enoka Taufua and myself. We look forward to hearing the results for the Big Sing Cadenza and Big Sing National Finale later this Term.
