For our Year 13 business studies project this year, our group is creating reusable bags out of used soft plastic.

We are in search of donations of clean soft plastic- the more colourful the better. We are looking for things such as plastic bags, lolly and chocolate wrappers, the packaging around toilet rolls, the bags that are used to hold food (lettuce, bagels, fruit, bread etc) and anything like that.

We will be setting up a labelled bin/box outside the library where you can place your donations. By the end of Term Two we aim to have reused 100m2 of soft plastic that would otherwise have ended up in landfills around Dunedin.
