Hi everyone, my name is Ciara and I am super excited to be your Academic/Ako Prefect this year alongside Ranya Perera. We're really looking forward to helping with peer tutoring and hearing all about your academic achievements.

I am part of a lot of groups around the school, including debating and Amnesty International. I also really enjoy participating in the school production, whether in the cast or as a member of the crew. I have really enjoyed getting to know lots of people around the school through the groups I lead, and hope to meet a lot more of you this year!

A little bit about me is that I love reading and debating, and was lucky enough to represent New Zealand at the Australian Model UN finals in Sydney last year. I also love being creative and enjoy crochet and drawing in my spare time.

I can't wait to work with the other prefects to make 2026 a great year!
