Rowing summer results

Over the summer holidays, the OGHS rowing team have been training hard to achieve some amazing results. Most of the rowers have trained through the break at the classroom by the sea facility only taking a few days off for holidays and family trips.

  • Girls U17 Single – 1st – Maggie Hepburn
  • Women’s Senior Single – 3rd - Harriet Thompson
  • U17 Girls Quad– 1st – Maggie Hepburn, Dani Milne, Sophie Orchiston, Lily Moors and coxed by Lily Falcous
  • Girls U15 Double – 3rd – Frances Donald and Ariana Oswald
  • Women’s Senior Double – 5th – Harriet Thompson and Islay Merriman

These results reflect the hard work of the team and are the best outcomes the school team has ever achieved at this level. Congratulations to all involved recording personal best performances.
