My name is Paige, and I have the pleasure of being Head girl for this year.

I love singing and performing, and have thoroughly enjoyed being involved in the school choir (The Nautilus Chorale) and Productions during my time here at Otago Girls’. The arts mean so much to me, and I am currently a member of the Otago Girls’ Arts Council, where we help to plan events that promote the arts in the school. My time at Otago Girls’ has been an absolute joy so far. I have learnt a range of important leadership skills, and I have truly valued the variety of opportunities on offer here. I feel privileged to have been elected as this year’s Student Board Representative, and already, I have learned so much about the inner workings of our school. My aim this year is to help others have a positive High School experience, by organising more events for students to look forward to, which ties in with this year’s #CelebrateTheEveryday motto. I’m looking forward to hopefully having a positive influence on the students with my role this year, and cannot wait for all the exciting things that 2023 has to bring for our school!
