Our annual Senior Art Exhibition “PORTFOLIO” ran for two weeks in August at the Community Gallery on Princes Street. Works included Drawing, Painting, Digital Sculpture and Photography and included a display of previous years NCEA Art Portfolios. 

We filled the gallery to capacity and sold many works with the students receiving 50% of the sale price and the remainder replacing the sold frames. The show was opened by the Arts Prefects Bebe James and Claire Hudson and included performances by the Otago Girls’ and Otago Boys’ combined Jazz Band. Many of our Year 13 students helped to prepare and hang the show as well as hosting the opening night and manning the gallery over the duration of the exhibition. Thank you so much to all of our talented students and to the staff involved, for making the show such a success, the feedback from the Dunedin community has been extremely complimentary.
