A very enthusiastic group of Japanese learners in Year 11 wrote, directed and edited a video in the 2023 Japan Foundation Video Matsuri. While we did not place with our entry, we received a special mention. The script was written in Japanese, and there was also a lot of digital learning involved as the girls filmed, animated and edited the short film. In the final stage we also had to add subtitles. There is a compulsory item selected by the Japan Foundation each year. This year it was tooth paste.
