Canva for Education and Affinity are now available for all OGHS users

Canva is an online tool used for creating and personalising lesson plans, infographics, posters, video, and more. It is 100% free for our school and can be accessed by signing in with an OGHS account to https://www.canva.com/.

Affinity tools are also now available for free through Canva for Education! With access to Affinity’s suite of industry-standard tools, our educators and students can enhance digital skills, ignite creative learning, and pave the way for success in any career. We will benefit from:

·         Affinity Photo 2: Students can enhance their photography projects by editing and retouching images or creating detailed, multilayered photo compositions for art classes.

·         Affinity Designer 2: Ideal for graphic design or art courses, students can create illustrations, logos, infographics, and concept art, bringing their creative ideas to life with vector designs.

·         Affinity Publisher 2: Perfect for journalism, yearbook, or English classes, students can design and layout professional-quality digital and print publications, including school newspapers, magazines, and project portfolios.

How to Get Started Today:

Step 1: Download Affinity app(s) to your device(s): You can choose which app(s) to download and on which device(s). Supported operating systems include macOS, Windows, or iPadOS.

Step 2: Open Affinity and sign in with your Canva account: Select 'Sign in with Canva' and follow the prompts to access Affinity. You must sign in using the same credentials as your verified Canva for Education account. Please note that the Affinity Additional Terms and Canva’s Privacy Policy apply to your use of Affinity.
