Te Pōkai Kākā
Te Pōkai Kākā have had a fantastic start to 2020. We are all really enjoying the new spaces and have been busy personalising these.
In class we have begun a passion project each to share with the teachers and our team. We have all chosen a topic to investigate.
In Maths we have been doing Statistics. Te Pōkai Kākā’s favourite ice cream is Cookies n Cream. We have been creating tally graphs and putting them into bar graphs.
Last Monday we had North Canterbury sport coaches and we did a range of team building activities. We will have these fantastic coaches each fortnight.
We have also been enjoying swimming and love making whirl and wave pools after our instructional lessons.
