🌿 Kia ora e te whānau –
Waitangi Day Celebrations
Waitangi Day was very well attended, with a wonderful range of activities and experiences on offer. It was fantastic to hear how many people travelled over to the bay to mark this special occasion. A big well done to Helen and Nigel - the museum manager, for representing our community in the media and promoting our beautiful bay — you both did an exceptional job.
Swimming with Carol
A reminder that swimming lessons with Carol are happening daily. Please ensure tamariki bring their swimming togs and towel to kura each day so they can fully participate.
Music with Mr Brittenden
Mr Brittenden has begun his Thursday morning music sessions, focusing on ukulele and guitar. We feel very fortunate to have access to his expertise and enthusiasm — it’s a wonderful opportunity for our ākonga.
We’re looking forward to a fantastic year filled with learning, laughter, and growth together.
Enjoy the weekend ahead, everyone!
