Okains Bay School 150th Anniversary

12-1 Registration and a cup of tea, light refreshments, etc
Come along and mix and mingle with those you haven't seen for some time over a cup of tea/ coffee and some light refreshments. Anyone and everyone are most welcome.

2 pm- Powhiri-
Okains Bay School welcome.
A fun afternoon for akonga at school. Bouncy castle, face painting, games, and a treasure hunt...
Afternoon tea and a chance to look around the school/decade photo shoot, museum visit etc /photo board etc

5:30 pm onwards: Festivities in the Community Hall
* Quick speeches
* Buffet meal and music entertainment

The organising committee has decided that the cost of attending the celebrations will be:

Adults (12 plus) $60

Akonga between 5-12 $20

Akonga under 5 preschool $10

We have tried to keep the costs as low as possible so that hopefully everyone can afford to come along.
This cost includes tea, coffee, free entertainment for akonga, a free museum pass, a buffet meal, and evening entertainment with a live band. There will be a refreshments bar. You will need to bring cash, as this cost is extra and not built into the charges. There will be no Eftpos available.

TRANSPORT:
Trev Brownie (Trev's Tours) has offered his services to taxi people to and from this event.
Charges are as follows:
Akaroa - Okains Bay- Akaroa $25
Duvauchelle - Okains Bay - Duvauchelle $25
One way to/from any of these locations- $15
Transport within Okains Bay is $5
