Contact details and medical records update.

Please make sure we have your up to date contact details and medical information for your child/ren. If in doubt, please email reception at reception@omokoroa.school.nz with your child’s medical or current details and we can check these match ours.

We also require up to date medication for your child if we are holding some in our school office. Please pop into reception so you can check that it hasn’t expired.

Any prescribed medicine that is required to be given to your child by staff requires a parent to complete a consent form, which is available at reception
