Room 14 had a fun time last week creating and making new flavours of ice cream. They were put into mixed up teams to practise working collaboratively with others and negotiating their different ideas. As part of this process they needed to come up with a new ice cream flavour, a company name and logo. Their groups designed a lid and advertising poster. The children also were able to make ice cream and then add their flavours. Unfortunately due to a defrosting and refreezing situation, Mrs Ryan deemed it unsafe to eat their ice cream, but kept everyone happy with some store bought ice cream instead. A great lesson in resilience. Really proud of your hard work Room 14. Congrats to the Blackberry Floss team who took out first place.
