On Thursday the 29th August the Omokoroa No.1 School Choir sang at the Tauranga Music Festival held at the Baycourt Theatre.

The theme was 'The Movies' and so we sang a range of songs from many great movies, such as 'Million Dreams', Safe and Sound and Charlotte's Web. Our school choir also presented two songs of our own, one called 'Hold Back The River' and the other from the movie 'Annie' called 'Tomorrow'. It had been many weeks of practice, but on the night all family members were really impressed by the wonderful singing the children produced. Well done kids!
