Contact details and Immunisation records

Please make sure we have up to date contact details.  We have had several incidents lately where numbers have changed and we have been unable to contact parents.   If in doubt, please email reception at reception@omokoroa.school.nz with your current details and we can check these match ours. 

Due to the recent out break of measles we are in the process of updating our immunisation records and we now need to have a hard copy of immunisation records on file.  Many families are still to provide us with this.  Please copy or scan and send to reception urgently.
