Learning Mandarin

This year the Year 7 and 8 students are lucky to have Mrs Hellen Faulkner come into our classes and teach Mandarin every Wednesday. The students now realise it is more than learning a language, it enables them to explore one of the most ancient cultures of the world.

This amazing experience helps the students to understand the world from a totally new perspective, encouraging them to embrace new customs. It also nurtures a sense of empathy and understanding towards others.
