Our Japanese sister school visit was a huge success!

They were immersed in our learning environment for 4 school days. Mr Ngaruji taught us Kendo and the Japanese students learnt how to climb trees and play four square. On their last day we had a shared 'Kiwi' lunch for the host family students and their Japanese students. They had a fun morning cooking iconic Kiwi recipes such as burgers, afghans, anzac biscuits, lolly cake and pavlova. Thank you to Cushla Nolan and Ange Batt for organising the recipes and ingredients, and thanks to our wonderful parent chefs, Rachelle Hawes, Kristy Hunter, Charlotte St George and Maree Edwards.
