Amazing Learning Experiences for the Jiddles

Recently we have had some wonderful events at our school that the Jiddles too have been part of.

Recently we had a visit from the NZ Defence force helicopter which landed on the school field. We were all lucky to have a closer look. The large rotor blades spins around 8 times in a second.

Then on Friday 13th March we attended the Culturefest. We had families involved with the German, Danish and Korean displays. We learnt loads about each country and sampled some of the interesting and delicious food. Did you know that chess and snakes and ladders came from India and that the Samoan numbers are very similar to Maori.
