Important information and updates from our principal.

Kia ora koutou,

The temperature has definitely dropped over the past couple of weeks but the student learning and achievement has been hot! With the colder weather we have seen an increase in students becoming sick. Please remember if they are unwell please keep them at home and notify the office. 

It has been great to see so many parents take the opportunity to discuss their child's learning progress at the school Parent/Teacher Interviews. These are an important part of the Home/School partnership across our learning community and we are grateful to all whanau that have made the time to meet with teachers. 

Congratulations to the 13 students that represented our school at the BOP Cross Country Championships who all finished in the top 20 of their races. Special congratulations to Sasha Scott and Molly Mayston for placing 3rd in their age groups. I hope you all have the opportunity to spend some quality time with your children over the school holidays and we look forward to seeing you all again at the start of Term 3.
