Room 14 and Room 4 have been enjoying some STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths) challenges during their 'Friendly Friday' sessions this term. Last week's challenge was to create a piece of clothing-top and bottom, shoes, headpiece - using only newspaper and tape. It is wonderful to see the children working together to problem solve and then to transfer their tuakana teina relationship into the playground.
