We had fun participating in the Junior Duathlon last week.

We started with a run around the field, and up the steep hill - phew it was hard work! Then it was downhill to the pool, where we did 2 widths of the pool. We did our best swimming whether it was freestyle, or using a flutterboard.

It was great to have the Seniors helping, and guiding us around the course. We loved seeing so many parents come along to watch and cheer us on, too!
