Andy Thompson — Aug 24, 2017

Lecturer in Sport and Adventure, Andy Thompson, is proud to have completed his Master's degree.

After almost 4 years of part-time study, while in full-time work, I completed my Masters in Professional Practice (MProfPrac) with the Otago Polytechnic, CAPABLE NZ. It has been an astounding journey, well worth the effort, learning, hard graft and personal and intellectual growth.

A special thanks go to my wife Jo Thompson who has supported me all the way through. Thank you to the OP CAPABLE staff team, Chris Morland, Dr. Megan Gibbons, Dr Simon Middlemass, Aidan Hobson and Bridie Leonie and Dr Tara Duncan for their ongoing professional guidance and support. And thank you to all friends that have believed and supported me.

Although not official until graduation, I am chuffed with the result.
