Rachael Kelso enjoyed designing the branding for the Revival Food Company.

Victoria Madison's Revival Food Company is focussed on sustainable food practice. She takes leftover and unwanted food industry by-products from a wide range of sources. Victoria, who has also been an Otago Polytechnic student, creates great tasting food, such as her compost cookies, with 75 to 80% of her ingredients being food industry by-products. She supports the Love Food, Hate Waste movement.

Communication design student Rachael Kelso was given the brief to design branding with Victoria. She enjoyed using her imagination and skills to create something that reflected Victoria's focus on sustainability. Rachael incorporates sustainability into her own work too, recycling old postcards and photographs for her own business cards.

Victoria was impressed that Rachael understood her business story quickly and easily. "She listens and cares about what you're saying, and is able to translate that into images and create a look and feel and brand. She has amazing ideas!" Victoria is already using the new branding and is getting positive feedback from her clients at the Farmers' Market in Dunedin and around the country.
