Engaging website visitors

Oritain engaged workSpace to improve visitor engagement with their website.

Oritain specialises in scientifically proving the origin of food products in order to protect and enhance brands and minimize the risk of food fraud. The company was happy with its website and the traffic it attracted, but wanted to reduce the proportion of those website visitors, 36%, who were "bouncing" off the website without exploring further.

workSpace's research into market positioning and strategy led to refinements for the website, to encourage visitors to click through to other pages and to make contact with Oritain. 

After these improvements were implemented the "bounce" rate was reduced to 5%. This improves management of leads, builds relationships with website visitors and hence helps convert visits into new client work opportunities.
