Kia ora! I am a kiwi, having grown up in New Zealand, but my parents are Chinese. I enjoy creating relationships with others, and inspiring the younger generation.

Creativity has always been part of me, having taught art, music, design, art history and global studies before coming to OJC. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts (painting), Graduate Diploma in Teaching (Secondary) and experience teaching at the neighbour school - Mission Heights Junior College.

I am a passionate oil painter, and have had the privilege of displaying my art at galleries including the New Zealand Art Show and Jhana Millers Gallery.

During my spare time I also love to play piano. I teach piano outside school, having taught children students from a range of backgrounds and ages.
