Though I was born in the United States my passions have led me all over the globe. I studied Secondary Education with a specialisation in History at Arizona State University and after graduating with my bachelors degree immediately flew to South Korea to teach English with the Fulbright program. 

After teaching for two years I returned to the Bahamas to work for Disney Cruise Lines Youth Activities program. I even began youth tour guiding through Alaska and Hawaii. 

I have always loved working with youths. My passions in traveling and exploring the world eventually led me to New Zealand where I found my way to OJC. I hope my passion for exploration and knowledge helps to inspire my students to find their own loves and interests.
