Tuesday was an exciting day for the boys who were named as House Leaders this year.

The House system has gone from strength to strength since becoming part of Otago Boys' in 2014. In 2019 the system is poised to be developed even further. 

Students will now be able to earn House points by displaying the school values of Respect, Courage, Honour, Perseverance and Excellence. Attendance and effort will also be averaged out each term as part of the House Competition. There will still be the major competitions like Athletics, Haka, and Cross Country,  however, the challenge for the House Prefects is to develop and run a range of minor House competitions.
