Feeling Fit?

OBHS —

Exercise is good for the body and the brain.

Throughout Term 4, the Weights Room will be open and supervised at the following times:

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday - before school (from 6.30am), with Mr Scott.
Tuesday and Thursday - after school, with Mr Foster.

Who might this be good for?

EVERYONE! 

  • If you play sport, we can work around your schedule and sporting needs.
  • If you don't play sport, but would like to work on some fitness.

First timers - don't be worried, we will take you through your programme safely and keep it appropriate for your level of confidence.

High performance sportsmen - even if you have your own programme, come and work out with your peers and team mates.

We want to work hard and have fun together.

What would I need?

  • Comfortable clothes to exercise in.
  • Sports shoes.
  • Water bottle.
  • Towel for shower afterwards.
