Today I want to celebrate one of our best student accomplishments this year.

Blair Duthie, who joined us in Year 13 has just been invited to New York to a prestigious performance College. The first step is for him to fly to New York and audition. 

This is significant. Blair came to OB's to take advantage of the opportunities in the Arts. Something, that unfortunately not enough of our boys grab. He came with a clear goal and with a clear passion and I could not be more pleased for him. To me it is an example of what you can achieve.

As we lead into Prize Giving I wanted to give junior parents a personal invitation to attend. You have been a contributor to our school and as such the opportunity for us to celebrate together as a community is very important.
